He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ket Hedden and Anna Mae Keener Hedden; his sister Melba Mulkey; and his nephew Shawn Mulkey. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Stephens Hedden of Young Harris; his sons, Brad Stephens and Dustin (Catherine Stephens); his sister Dottie; his brother-in-law Mike Crisp of Hiawassee; and his nieces and nephews, Randy Crisp, Kelly Crisp, Eric Mulkey, Peggy Mulkey, Shasta Huffman, Shanlee Young, Wesley Stephens, Gypsy and Rajin.
