He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Warth and Laura Hobbs Warth; his son Michael Warth; and his half-brother Hal Warth. He is survived by: his wife Martha Neal Haigler Warth; his daughter Sherry Warth McHenry (David) of Hayesville; his grandchildren, Katie McHenry Crouch, Jennifer McHenry Julian, Anne Michele Warth DiPietro and Jared Warth; and his great grandchild Slade DiPietro.
