It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Marie Scott of Hiawassee, Georgia, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 12, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Hokenson and Josephine Marcic Hokeson; her husband Walter Scott; her daughter Jill Sharon Scott; her sister Marilyn; and her brother-in-law George Nowak.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Scott of Hiawassee, Jody (Fred Federico) and Jean (Ty Martin); her sister Kathleen; her brother-in-law Don Vincent of Nashua, NH.; her brother Mike; her sister-in-law Doreen Shoemaker of Eureka, OR.; her grandchildren, Tasia Nabors (Dan), William Knapp (Lee), Marissa Martin, Harrison Martin and Misty Cagle (Ian); and her great grandchildren, Tate, Beau and Jett Nabors.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (3717 GA-515, Blairsville, GA 30512).
