He is survived by: his son Dakota Wade (Desiree); his brothers, Cleveland Jr. Wade (Deb) and Nolan Parker; his nephews, Blake Parker (Jamie) and Josh Wade (Brittany); and his aunt Angie Hamilton. He is also survived by numerous great nieces/nephews and many friends.
