She was predeceased by: her father Lester Dills; her husband Paul Evon Parton; her son Charles Parton; her siblings, Riley Dills, Howard Dills, Floyd Dills, Willie Connard and Althea Adams; and her son-in-law Donnie Bryant.
She is survived by: her daughters, Barbara Ann (Charlie Colville), Juanita Bryant, Monita (Bart Rodgers), Evelyn (John Mitchell), Charlotte Parton and Charlene Lamb; and her sisters, Helen Wood, Shirley Godfrey, Betty Clark and Faye Harry. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, a number of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
