She is survived by: her husband Lothar Jonczyk; her sons, Kris Jonczyk (Cammie) and Michael Jonczyk (Sonia); her brother Greg Birmingham (Gail); her sisters-in-law, Claudia Bunger, Charlene Birmingham and Sophia Birmingham; her grandchildren, Ashley Conquest (Tipton), Alexander Jonczyk (Kayla) and Gabriella Jonczyk; and her great great grandchild Ava Conquest.
