He was predeceased by: his parents, Jefferson Hutson and Henrietta Wilson. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Louise Thomas of Hiawassee; and his siblings-in-law, Terri and Jason Wheeler of Hiawassee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to help defray expenses.
