It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Reid Pulley of Hiawassee, Georgia, born in Durham, North Carolina, who passed away on October 31, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though James Reid has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Otis Pulley and Hilda Britt Pulley; his girlfriend Estelle Schwarz of Hiawassee; his children, Molly Ann Pulley and Cory Pulley of Durham, NC.; and his extended family, Janet Smith, Stephen Schwarz, Renee Schwarz, Katie Schwarz, Ryan Schwarz and Alex Krieger.
In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in Mr. Pulley's memory.
