It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gene Clyde Reeves Sr. (Hiawassee, Georgia), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on October 8, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Benjamin Reeves and Viola McMullan Reeves; his wife Elsie A. Fulton Reeves; and his sister Doris Carson of Forest Park, GA.. He is survived by: his daughter Leta Serpas; his son-in-law Robert Serpas of Jonesboro; his son Clyde Reeves; his daughter-in-law Barbara Reeves of Sharpsburg, GA; and his grandchildren, Robert Serpas of Savannah, Adam Serpas of Milton, GA. and James Serpas of Hiawassee. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers if you wish, the family requests that donations may be made to a favorite charity of your choice in memory of Mr. Reeves.
