He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Cecil and Veta Garrett; and his brother Raymond Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou "Sue" Burch; his children, Bryne L. Garrett and Lesia; his son-in-law Frank Johnson; his sisters, Gail (Ricky West) and Diane (Doug Mills); his grandchildren, Taylor Meier, Jordan (Brandon Brooks) and Madison Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Meier and Malin Brooks. He is also survived by his children, and a doting "Poppy" to his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
