She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Howell and Bernice Howell (Jones); her husband Arne "Yome" Steenerson; and her siblings, Lamar Howell, Hugh Howell, Loy Howell and Hazel Mull.
She is survived by: her sister Audrey Steenerson; her nieces and nephews, Susanne Mull, Patty Mull Burns, Kim Anderson, Kay Chisel, Cindy Howell, Greg Howell, Misty Howell and Kevin Howell; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Heather Cassidy, Aaron Anderson, Cory Chisel, Rhodes Chisel, Tara Chisel Pohlkotte, Owen Pohlkotte and Eva Pohlkotte (Susan Colvard).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Banister-Cooper Funeral Home (678 N Main St, Hiawassee, GA 30546).
