She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas Robert Clem, Sr.; her parents, John Robert McKinney and Zelpha Mae Hamrick; her brother David C. McKinney; and her grandson Chad Vincent Garner.

She is survived by: her daughter Zelpha Rhonda Harkins; her pet Bogie; her grandchildren, Brandy Nicole Fox (Clark), Alyssa Lorraine Clem, Kayla Brooke Clem, Thomas Cody Clem, Hannah Leigh Clem, Seth Robert Clem and Selena Nicole Clem; and her siblings, Mark Edward Hamrick, Sharron Marie Bragg, Joyce Annette Moon, Wanda Lowe and Nancy McCrory. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
