He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Frazier (David) and Misty Everette; and his siblings, Burlee Frazier, Jr. (Gerry), Anthony Wayne Frazier (Debbie), Kirby Eugene Frazier (Pat), Mary Bailey (Doug), Connie Moffatt (Greg) and Rosa Louise Frazier. He is also survived by Five grandchildren, five step grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and his former wife.
