He is survived by: his wife Pamela Rickenbaker; his children, Bridgette, Chris, Richard, Holly, Christopher, Miranda, Gary, Thomas Thompson, Caleb Dixon, Jason Pritchard, Kira, Niel and Todd; and his grandchildren, Amelia, Marissa, Olivia, Alexis, Emily, Tristan and Christian.
