He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Candace Williams "Candy" Rabun; his children, Michelle Mims (Johnathan), Timothy Rabun and Angie Sanford (John); his stepchildren, Heath Shelton (Elizabeth), Heather Shelton and Holly Clements (Brian); his brother Don Rabun (Robin); his grandchildren, Kelsey Spears (Brendan), Emily Mims, Rhetta Sanford, Jake Sanford, Handley Shelton Hollin Shelton and Max Clements; his great grandchild Sara Birdie Spears; his nephews, Brian Rabun (Shannon), Jason Rabun (Carla) and Brandon Jensen (Megan); and also Tommie Morrison (June).
