He was predeceased by: his father Ralph C. Mohoney Sr.; his uncle Jessie Mahoney; his aunt Chrissy McRoy; and his brother-in-law John Graves. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mohoney; his mother Edna Mohoney; his sisters, Vicki Graves (John), Sharon Mohoney (David Clemons) and Deja Eini (Chayim); and his children, James Mohoney IV, Christion Mohoney, Ana Mohoney, Tasha Hicks, Aaron Wells and Antonio Baldwin. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
