She was predeceased by: her daughter Cynthia Wilburn (Maurice). She is survived by: her husband John Wells Sr.; her sons, Kenneth Dorsey (Latorsha), Eric Dorsey (Deffie) and John Wells Jr.; and her siblings, Alishann Simon (Alonzo Sr.), Patricia Tinsley (Ronald), Irma Keys, Billy Mitchell (Glenda), Willie Mitchell, Raymond Mitchell, Roland Mitchell and Woodie Mitchell (Carmen). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
