He is survived by: his children, Paul Otto, Jamie Haynes (Eric), James Otto III (Jennifer) and Dylan Harty (Brooke); his grandchildren, Kayla Baxter, Alijah Haynes, Aydan Haynes, Adrian Haynes, Kiley Harty, Emma Otto and Hagen Harty; his siblings, Georgia Smith (Harvey), Debra Wages and Erich Otto (Debbie); and his close friend Buffy Bell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
