He is survived by: his spouse Shannon Jarrell Belcher; his children, Dylan Belcher of Hephzibah, Travis Belcher of Longview, TX and Rachel Belcher of Hephzibah; his grandchildren, Nicholas and Easton; and his sisters, Mary Green of Hephzibah, Roberta Boggess of Sissonville, WV and Loretta Triplett of Procious, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
