He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Smith; his children, MiaTonya Smith, Genita Smith and Audreianna Smith; his grandchildren, Elon Williams, Ethan Williams, Gregory Williams II and Elianna Williams; his siblings, Shirley Wright (Alonzo Sr.), Andrea Stocks (Jeffrey), Bobby Smith (Cynthia), Charles Smith (Delores) and Timothy Smith; and his uncles, Charlie Smith (Henrietta) and Rev. Sylvester Bing. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home (2945 Old Tobacco Rd, Hephzibah, GA 30815). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Historic Spirit Creek Baptist Church (1783 Dixon Airline Rd, Augusta, GA 30904).
