He was predeceased by: his brother Paul Lincoln Otts; and his niece Joanna Elaine Kraft. He is survived by: his parents, Billy Joe of Hephzibah and Lee Ann Alfred Otts of Hephzibah; his son Christopher Joseph Otts of Atlanta; his siblings, William Joseph "Joe" Otts of Deltona, FL and Katherine L. Kraft of Sugar Land, TX; his nephew Jeffrey Joseph Kraft; and his nieces, Anna Otts Leatham and Alicia Otts Betancourt.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Augusta Rescue Mission, 526 Walker Street, Augusta, GA 30901; or to New Life Church, 250 Bobby Jones Expressway, Augusta, GA 30907.
