He is survived by: his daughter Lakeisha Moore; his siblings, Betty Sanders, Dr. Bernice D. Smith (Ervin), Aminifu Askari and Thomas E. Polite (Freda); and his cousins, Ruth Yarbray and Vandella Bennett. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces and nephews, other relative and friends.
