He is survived by: his wife Betty Blackshear; his sons, Adam Blackshear, Michael Blackshear (Rhonda), Greg Blackshear (Nydia), Kevin Blackshear and Edjuan Blackshear; his siblings, Luther Blackshear (Barbara) and Rose Mary Hill (Jesse); and his grandchildren, Benjamin and Pearl Blackshear. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
