He was predeceased by: his sons, Phillip Andrew Edwards, Fred Burton and Gary Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Lewis Edwards; his children, Kenya Jones (Mallory) and Albert Levi Edwards III (Trae); his stepson Arthur Bailey; his mother Lula Mae Edwards; his siblings, Eddie Edwards (Myra), Ricky Edwards (Telena) and Sylvia Allen; and his grandchildren, KeiElana Smith, Aleric Edwards, Makana Edwards and Malachi Jones. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
