He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Merrier Berryhill; his parents, John Silven Berryhill and Amanda Elizabeth Brown Berryhill; and his siblings, John Thomas Berryhill, Joe Lowell Berryhill, Billy Roy Berryhill, Jeff Wesley Berryhill, Lucy Burle Humberstone, Virginia Ruth Pistachio and Mary Katy Gray.
He is survived by: his brothers, Ray Hester and Ray Fussell; his sons, Jeffery Berryhill (Sherry) and Tony Berryhill (Andrea); and his sisters, Martha Patricia Miller and Mary Linda Nichols. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
