It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Louise Tysor of Helen, Georgia, born in Forsyth, Georgia, who passed away on July 25, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul McNeal and Willie Bell Cagle McNeal; her husband Gene Tysor; and her daughter Melissa Dean. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen Pass (Charles), Rhonda English (Michael Harkins) and April Teems (Keith); and her siblings, James McNeal (Merle), Ray McNeal (Clara Mae), Doug McNeal (Joyce), Mary Ann Gibbs and Evelyn McGhee. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
The family requests that flowers be omitted, and donation be made to Duke's Creek Baptist Church.
