She is survived by: her son W. Wesley Goins, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Shirley Goins; her grandson Will Goins (Mandy Goins); her great grandchildren, Finley, Emery and Landry Goins; and her sister Betty Frank Noble. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
