He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wheeler Loggins and Addie Mae Williams Loggins; and his siblings, James Leonard Loggins and Doris Loggins Maxwell Espy. He is survived by: his wife Helen Howell Loggins; and his nieces, Terri Maxwell Eleam (Allen "Butch") of Summerville, Debbie Maxwell King (Jeff) of LaFayette and Georgia.
