He was predeceased by: his brother Floyd Phillips; and also Jimmy Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Wyatt and Savannah; his siblings, Barbara Autry and John Phillips (Joan); and his nephew James Phillips (Tori). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
