He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Tapley and Geneva Harper Tapley; his wife Brenda Raulerson Tapley; and his siblings, Billy, Ronnie Tapley and Susan Marie Tapley.
He is survived by: his children, Belinda Medders (Mark) of Alma, Kathy Wallin (Donnie) of Vidalia and Daniel Carelock of Alma; his grandchildren, Chasity Carter, Brock Carter (Victoria), Christi and Matthew Medders; his great grandchildren, Blaze Tanner, Jaxon Simmons, Braiden, Logan Carter and Madden Faulk; his sister-in-law Ellen Tapley; his nieces and nephews, Rodney, Wayne Tapley, Stacy Tapley and Billie Ann Wilson; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Matt Tapley, Jasper Wilson, Ashley Johnson, Courtney Boatright, Brittney McCoy, Stacia Boatright, Emily Tapley and Jessica Wilson.
