Walter Kersey Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter Kersey (Hazlehurst, Georgia), who passed away on January 18, 2017 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Albert Kersey, Eddie Kersey and Bernice Kersey Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Amy Rebecca; his son-in-law Austin Hand of Hazlehurst; his son Ed Kersey of Lake City; his siblings, Hazel Kersey Partin (R. C.) of Ala, Virginia Kersey Tanner (Virgil) of Hazlehurst, Christine Kersey Yawn (Ronnie) of Hazlehurst, Lourene Kersey Edwards of Hazlehurst and Earnest Kersey (Brenda) of Hazlehurst; and his sister-in-law Agnes Kersey. He is also survived by one grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
