He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Harper and Betty Bush Harper; his siblings, Jackie Harper Jacobs and Fred Harper; and his grandson Grady Hayes.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Dalton Harper of Hazlehurst, Daraley Harper of Hazlehurst and Kelli Harper Hayes (Michael) of Bonaire; his brother Curtis Harper (Julie) of Tifton; and his grandchildren, Canaan Hayes, Hollin Hayes, Slater Hayes and Mykekyn Hayes. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
