He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Poore of Hazlehurst; his children, Chelsea Mabey (Marty) of Hazlehurst and Benjamin Poore (Jennifer) of Hazlehurst; and his siblings, Tina Poore Googe of Hazlehurst and Eddie Poore (Rhonda) of Eatonton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Swain Funeral Home (1632 Hatch Pkwy N, Baxley, GA 31513). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Elizabeth Baptist Church (51 Elizabeth Church Rd, Hazlehurst, GA 31539).
