We are sad to announce that on December 18, 2021, at the age of 73, Teresa Dixon Garafolo (Terri) East of Hazlehurst, Georgia, born in Savannah, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Dixon and Joy Dixon; her former husband Joseph Garafolo; her sister Cheryl "Sissy" Hudson; her brother-in-law Murray Smith; and her stepchildren, Chrystal "Sissy" Beecher and Rusty East.
She is survived by: her husband Roger East; her sons, Anthony Garafolo (Sue) and Nicholas Garafolo (Julie); her siblings, David Dixon (Kim) and Yvonne Smith; her stepdaughter Whitney Hendrix (Chris); and her grandchildren, Truman, Lillian, Miles Garafolo of Haylei, Nathaniel, Timothy, Luke Beecher, Laurie Hendrix and Tiran East. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
