It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel W. Wommack (Hazlehurst, Georgia), who passed away on November 24, 2015, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Samuel W. Wommack to pay them a last tribute.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Gary Walter Wommack; his wife Betty Sue Dyal Wommack of Hazlehurst; his daughters, Sharon Smiley (Jeff) of Tifton, Shelia Wainwright of Valdosta and Mollie Davis Hazlehurst (Kenny); his daughter-in-law Debbie Wommack; and his sister Sara Elton (Kelly) of Albany. He was also cherished by 10 Grandchildren and 15 Great-Grandchildren.
