He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Wood; his grandparents, Albert, Olif Partin (Bazemore), Tom and Willie Pearl Wood (Urssery); and his stepbrother Johnny Thompkins.
He is survived by: his brother Trucking; his wife Tamatha Newell Wood of Hazlehurst; his sons, Ronnie Lamar Wood of Hazlehurst, Jamie Durrant of Hazlehurst and Lee Chavis of Hazlehurst; his mother Grace Partin Wood of Denton; his sister Elaine Douglas (Jimmy) of Denton; and his stepbrother Ricky Thompkins of Warner Robins. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
