Rowell; his wife Nina Hill Rowell of Graham; his daughter Christy Tillman; his son-in-law Derrick Tillman of Graham; his son Chris Rowell; his daughter-in-law Angie Rowell of Baxley; and his grandchildren, Clay Rowell, Taylor Rowell, Erica Tillman, Caleb Tillman and Jaden Nasworthy. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
