He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Lay of Hazlehurst, Shonda Lay of Hazlehurst and Robin Lay Wilcox of Hazlehurst; his siblings, Michael Lay (Karen) of Hazlehurst and Gygnetha Sawfford (Mark) of Colorado; his grandchildren, Chasity Wilcox, Hunter Wilcox and Taylor Wilcox of Hazlehurst; and his great grandchild Gauge Mcnees of Hazlehurst.
