We are sad to announce that on December 17, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Peggy Ann Dawson of Hazlehurst, Georgia. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Peggy Ann Dawson to show support.
She was predeceased by: her father Emory Tucker; her husband John Dawson; and her sister Claire. She is survived by: her sister Daisy Evans of Spartanburg, SC; and her children, Bill Dawson (Wendy) of Tifton, Cathie Dawson of Cincinnati, OH, Jennifer Stinson (Joey) of Dublin and Kimberly Jackson (Jeffrey) of Milledgeville. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
The Dawson Family and Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home respectfully ask all in attendance to continue to follow social distancing guidelines set by our local health district and the CDC.
In lieu of flowers and in honor of Anne's love for children's books, contributions may be made to the Jeff Davis County Public Library in Hazlehurst, GA.
