She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank N. Hennessee and Aldine McDaniel Hennessee; her husband Curtis D. Collins; and her son Jason D. Collins. She is survived by: her children, Carmen Ellis (David) of Waycross, Jeffrey Collins of Jersey City, NJ and Allison Alvarez (Ron) of Alpharetta; her grandchildren, Mark Ellis, Meagan Garris, Adrienne Alvarez and Miranda Alvarez; her great grandchildren, Shelby Ellis and Reed Ellis; and her sister Karen Hennessee (James Farmer) of Atlanta.
