He is survived by: his wife Sandra Graham of Hazlehurst; his son Scottie Graham (Ashley) of Hazlehurst; his daughter-in-law Stella Graham of Douglas; his siblings, Jackie Zahm of Atlanta and John Graham; and his grandchildren, Whitney Carver, Neil Graham, Jr., Hayden Graham, Jenna Graham, Addie Graham, Anson Graham, Carter Neil Jackson, Gavin Neil Graham, Grayson Carver and Kinsley Carver.
