He is survived by: his granddaughter Nicole Taylor; his children, Dale Ellis (Darrain) of Hazlehurst, Sherry Berryhill (Jeff) of McRae, Lewis Cooper (Rose) of Hazlehurst, Mitchell L. Humphrey (Resa) of Hazlehurst and Charles Humphrey of Hazlehurst; and his siblings, Linda Swafford (Welzie) of Tennessee, Pamela Carter (Craig) of North Carolina and Danny Humphrey of Cornelia, GA. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
