She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Thompson; her son Ricky Thompson; her siblings, Ollie Mae Champion and Sonny Floyd; and her grandchildren, Mark Braddy, Christina Thompson and Roxanne Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Susie Braddy (Randy) of Alma, Peggy Burkett of Hazlehurst, Gale T. Sexton (David) of Hazlehurst, A. C. Thompson (Trish) of Hazlehurst and Dale Thompson (Stephanie) of Sevierville, TN.; her siblings, Myrtle Carter (Henry) of Blairsville and William "Bo" Floyd (Nell) of Hazlehurst; and her sister-in-law Odessa Hayes. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 14 Great-Grandchildren.
