She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Frank Foskey and Annie Lee Horne Foskey; and her siblings, Betty Taylor, Caroll Foskey, Walter Foskey, Sam, Brenda Sue Hewett and Randell Foskey.
She is survived by: her husband Jack H. Beckner of Hazlehurst; her son Joseph Dwayne Carter of Hazlehurst; her grandchildren, Bailey Carter and Mason Carter; and her siblings, Mae Taylor Harper, Russell Foskey, Virginia Taylor, Ervin Foskey, Slim and Marilyn Dover. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
