He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Carter and Doris Rentz Carter. He is survived by: his children, Clint Carter and Wren Carter Manning (Randy) of Hazlehurst; his brothers, Ronald Carter (Mary Ann) of Hazlehurst and Mark Carter (Rhonda) of Baxley; and his grandchildren, Landon Carter, Carson Carter, Caitlyn Carter, Cheyne Browning, Cross Browning and Braelyn Hodge.
