She was predeceased by: her husband Preston Long; her sons, Curtis Long, Roy Gene and Eulaine Long; her stepmother Evie Reynolds; and her siblings, Mildred Varnadore, Ilene Morris, Gertie Green, Marion Reynolds, Mark Reynolds and Gene Reynolds.

She is survived by: her daughter Helen Hamm; her son-in-law Jerry Hamm of Hazlehurst; her grandchildren, Kristie Leggett (Jay) of Odum, Pam Morris (Wade) of Hazlehurst, Timmy Long (Deborah) of Helena, Eric Long (Jennifer) of Hazlehurst and Corey Long of Hazlehurst; her daughter-in-law Sandy Riner (J. E.) of Hazlehurst; her great grandchildren, Heather Force, Jade Long, Justin Strauch (Stephanie), Sydni Morris, Allie Long, Lainey Long, Ethan Long and John Dekoda Long; her great great grandchildren, Lanie Scott, Tenley Williams, Austin Strauch, Kenneth Strauch and Preston Strauch; and her sisters, Eva Harris of Illinois, Una Harvey (Lawrence) of South Carolina and Merle Norris of Athens. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
