He is survived by: his wife Alice Balcom of Hazlehurst, GA; his children, Rotunda Balcom (Lawrence) of Baxley, GA, Angela Brown (Reshon) of Hazlehurst, LaDina Balcom of Hazlehurst, GA and Nathon Balcom (Shaniece) of Atlanta, GA; his brother Sammie Balcom (Hazel) of Atlanta, GA.; his grandchildren, Lennis Rooks, Johnathon Rooks, Jason Kemp, Dymere Balcom, Serenity Penn, Noah Penn, Drayden Balcom, Hayden Larry and Eugene Larry; and his great grandchildren, Kennison Rooks, Alexander Kelley and Khalil Hill.
