He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frank Howard and Lucille Mincey Howard; and his brothers, John Frank Howard Jr. and James Edward Howard (Toody). He is survived by: his siblings, Lucy Williams (Roger) of Hazlehurst, Dossie Howard of Hazlehurst and Jerry Lynn Howard (Faye) of Dublin; and his extended family, Rev. Charles, Tonya Ogletree, Rev. Josh, Brittany Ogletree, Rev. Joseph, Angela Ogletree, Lawanda, Keith Lott, Heather, Carmen, Amber, Joshalynn, Julia, Jonathan, Charlie Ogletree and Jayden Lott. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
