She was predeceased by: her parents, Dixie Hughes and Norene Hannah Hughes; her siblings, Baxter Hughes and Patsy Holt; and her nieces, Rena Miles and Ashley Weitman.
She is survived by: her son Darren; her daughter-in-law Melanie Steverson of Hazlehurst; her grandson Judson Steverson of Hazlehurst; and her sister Sonya Miles (Russell) of Hazlehurst.
