We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2013, at the age of 77, James Googe (Hazlehurst, Georgia), born in Appling, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn Gay Googe of Hazlehurst; his sons, Jimmy Googe (Amy) of Lumber City, Jerry Googe (Joy) of Hazlehurst, Jeffery Googe (Ashley) of Hazlehurst and Jake Googe of Hazlehurst; and his siblings, Ruth Sanes of Mauk Ga, Robbie Williams of Ormond Beach, FL., Thomas Googe of Stockbridge and Ralph Googe of Hazlehurst. He was also cherished by 13 Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
